One has not lived until they hire Jamie to cook for their group! Our group of 12 were lucky enough to have had three meals prepared by Jamie during our retreat to Ericeira. He made us two breakfasts and a dinner, and there wasn't a single ingredient that disappointed. We all want to bring him to wherever our next retreat will be, but alas that is impractical! However it speaks to how delicious his food is. He is so easy to work with also- he nailed our menu on the first try, we didn't even have to go back-and-forth after I described our group's specific needs to him. We could not recommend Jamie more. Do yourself a favor and hire him. We hope to be able to experience his food again.

Jamie is the best! He cooked for our group over the entire week in Portugal, and kept outdoing himself. We went from incredible breakfasts (the best homemade granola & pancakes) to Middle Eastern dishes and even a do-it-yourself bao night. Highly recommend trying his food, for a dinner, event or retreat — nothing but delicious food, creativity and positivity! Can’t wait for the next round!

Jamie made a 10 course Asian dinner at our house for me and my 15 friends. It was sooooo delicious. Every plate was super tastefull, looked beautiful and had a funky surprising side. Jamie made this evening a dream coming true and I highly recommend to try his amazing food and service!
